Our application is now open for the 2019-20 school year for grades 4, 5 & 6! To apply, you must live in one of the five New York City boroughs. There is no other qualification necessary to apply.

Applications must be submitted by Monday April 1st, 2019 to be eligible for our lottery.
2. Our random lottery will take place the first week of April 2019. Families of students selected will receive a notification and call offering them a seat for the upcoming school year. Parents must respond by the deadline in order to accept their seat and register their child.
All other families will be placed on our waiting list and will be contacted once a seat becomes available.
Special priority are given to students with siblings current enrolled at Key Collegiate, students who live within CSD (Community School District) 23, and multiple siblings applying at the same time.
Once a student accepts a seat, they must complete the registration process by a set deadline. Registration consists of three steps:
Complete the Registration Packet.
Attend our Student & Family Orientation in the summer.
Submit a copy of your child’s birth certificate and two proofs of address.
We are a public charter school, and as such, do not discriminate against or limit the admission of any student on any unlawful basis, including on the basis of ethnicity, national origin, gender, disability, intellectual ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, athletic ability, race, creed, national origin, religion or ancestry. As a charter school, we do not require any action by a student or family (such as an admissions test, interview, essay, attendance at an information session, etc.) in order for an applicant to either receive or submit an application for admission to our school.
